Hillscorp was established with a clear vision to build a strong property development business. Directors Andrew and Phillip Denton were carving out exceptional individual careers in the building and construction industries when they began to develop property together in the mid 1990s. Their complementary skills and industry experience saw them complete various projects successfully, and it became clear that they needed to formalise their partnership and build a team around themselves.

Hillscorp officially opened the doors of its Sydney head office in August 2002. The company has expanded steadily with the addition of specialist staff, and the establishment of an office on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

We have recently relocated our project office to Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast to be closer to our team of consultants and contractors that we work with all over Queensland.

Hillscorp has proven over the last 6 years that what is considered difficult if not impossible in the development world can be achieved when you have a proactive approach coupled with a professional team of staff, consultants and contractors.

Since the company's formation, Hillscorp has focused on the development of quality land sub-divisions in Queensland. The consistent population increases in that state have been well documented and a shortage of residential land has led to a steady demand for quality residential lots. Hillscorp's short to medium-term future is aligned with this demand.

We believe in the importance of balanced short-term and long-term goals.

Our short-term goal is to maximise development opportunities along the eastern seaboard of Australia. In pursuit of this goal, our Business Development team - led by Alan Wheeler - investigates government planning policies and endeavours to build relationships with local councils whilst identifying opportunities as they arise.

Our long-term goal is to remain at the leading edge of property development in Australia. To assist in achieving this goal, we have implemented a Risk Minimisation Policy which will enable the business to grow steadily and retain quality assets. We also have an experienced team of qualified accountants who manage, and hence minimise, the associated risks of operating within the property industry.
